Cancellation Policy:

  1. Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  2. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at [Your Contact Information].
  3. Refunds for canceled COD orders will be processed with a deduction of 100/- from the total order amount.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Refund Policy:

  1. If you have paid through any electronic mode (Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, etc.), the entire order amount will be refunded.
  2. For COD orders, the refund amount will be the exact price paid, minus 100/-.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days from the date of cancellation.

Seven Days Replacement:

  1. In case you receive a defective or damaged product, you are eligible for a Seven Days Replacement.
  2. Please inform us within seven days of receiving the order, and we will arrange for a replacement.

Conditions for Refund:

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  2. Tags, if any, should not be removed or tampered with.
  3. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

When Will I Get My Refund?

It usually takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, after which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the exchange request will be initiated within 2 business days.

How Would I Know If My Order is Placed?

You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered Email ID and WhatsApp. Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Do You Ship Outside India?

We currently do not ship outside India.

My Order has been Returned to Origin (RTO). What does that mean?

Shipments are reflected as RTO (returned to origin) under the following circumstances:
- Delivery was attempted more than once but it could not be delivered due to either wrong address or no one being present at the given address
- The address could not be found because either it was incomplete or the pin code was wrong
- You or someone at your delivery address refused to accept the order

Under these circumstances, our customer support team would try to contact you on your registered phone number. If there is no response on that number or it is not reachable, then the package is returned to the origin.
